In order to minimise on-site construction time and disturbance, BIS Industrial Services pre-fabricates fully dressed pipe bridges. A recent example of this was the off-site fabrication of a 360m section of pipe bridge, fully dressed with pipe, electrics and instrumentation. It was installed in a 4 day site window.

Significant savings were seen in minimisation of craneage, access and improved productivity, with the site work limited to final and inter-bridge connections.
