BIS-IS Implements New Engineering Graduate Schemes
BIS Industrial Services representatives have recently attended some of the most elite University Graduate Fairs to launch the new BIS-IS Graduate Recruitment schemes.
During October some of the companies most skilled and experienced Engineers visited Liverpool, Manchester and Herriot Watt Universities to advertise the very latest opportunities available in our company. The fairs allowed our people the chance to meet local talent and enable graduates to discover more about working for BIS-IS.
The fairs attracted companies from all industries. Students who visited the BIS-IS stands were invited to ask any questions they had; from scheme application to rewards and benefits and even career progression. The graduate schemes have been developed to attract students with degrees in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering disciplines. Other graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered on what they can offer the business.
The advertised graduate schemes have been tailored to ensure all graduates gain the required skills and experience in their selected area of Engineering. During the first two years graduates will be introduced to the key parts of the business and will follow a structure training programme. All graduates will be presented with the opportunity to work in various locations across the UK in a variety of environments; Including Petrochemical plants, refineries, workshops and offices allowing them to get a full perspective on the industry as a whole.
