Management Change

Integration and co-ordination of Management Structure

Since the purchase by BIS we have been working on a plan to integrate with BIS in Munich and co-ordinate our management structure with the UK holding company for BIS OHARE and BIS Salamis.

Most of the integration work will be completed by the end of 2007 including combining the three current companies that make up the O’Hare structure into one trading company. In preparation for this change we have in September restructured the management team.

The most significant change is the promotion of Duncan Hall to Managing Director and the formation of our operating companies into four geographic areas and one functional business unit for Engineering.

The business is already enjoying new opportunities as a result of the positive reputation the OHARE brand has developed in the market in recent years and the additional confidence ownership by BIS has given to major new customers across the UK. BIS are also performing very strongly across Europe  and have promised additional investment in the UK operations to support both BIS OHARE and BIS Salamis to grow and expand further across the UK.

The management re-structure and the steps being taken in the integration process will allow these opportunities to be captured by the business over the next 2/3 years building the leading position for Industrial Services across the UK in our market sectors. The Directors of the UK businesses intend to achieve leadership beyond all our current UK competitors within the period providing a simple solution for our customers needs and strong employment prospects for all UK employees.
