Syngenta Reach 450, 000 man-hours without a Lost Time Injury
Congratulations to BIS-IS Syngenta Huddersfield for reaching 450,000 man-hours without a lost time injury, LTI. The great accomplishment occurred during the month of April to comfortably coincide with the BIS-IS 5th year on the Syngenta site.
To commemorate the events all of the team were awarded with polo shirts featuring a badge with the achievement of 450,000 man-hours. The team even managed to convince Paul Sallis and Ian Tyreman from Syngenta to get involved in the fun and sport one of their impressive shirts.
This significant achievement is the result of a continuing effort by all BIS-IS personnel to attaining an injury-free workplace, and reinforces the company’s commitment to protecting the health and safety of its personnel.
This is a really positive occurrence for the BIS-IS Syngenta site, reaching this mile stone represents the commitment and attention that the Huddersfield staff posses for HSEQ on the Syngenta site.
Richie Morgan, Construction Manager, BIS-IS commented. “We are so happy to have achieved this result, and to be celebrating at the same time as our 5th year anniversary at the Syngenta site is an added bonus. Syngenta is a well respected client of BIS-IS and I wish to thank them for their support over the years.”
